Our Styling Packages are designed for couples who already have their decor and vision,
and want a professional team to bring it to life with elegance and care.
You provide the items, and we ensure your space is styled beautifully,
allowing you to relax and enjoy your day.

Each package includes a clear planning process:

  • Phone Consultations based on tier level

  • One-Hour in-person meeting at your venue within 1 week of your wedding to review the final items and styling plan (scheduled by mutual availability)

  • Venue walkthrough included with every package (Signature Styling includes one additional venue visit)

  • Detailed outline of items and setup plan provided by With Bells On prior to the in-person meeting

All packages include setup only (no cleanup or breakdown). Rentals are not included - all decor, linens, and items must be provided by the couple.

For couples who want their vision refined with professional styling guidance. We meet one month before your wedding to finalize your design details, ensuring every element feels intentional and cohesive. On your wedding day, our team styles with artistry so your decor feels beautifully curated.

    • One month prior design and styling review

For couples who want a collaborative design experience where every element reflects their unique style. Together, we craft a tailored styling plan so that every choice - from linens to decor - feels like it carries your personal signature. On your wedding day, our team ensures each detail is placed with intention and artistry, creating a setting that feels deeply yours and beautifully timeless.

  • Includes everything in Champagne Styling, plus:

    • Full design walkthrough consultation 

    • Personalized guidance in sourcing & purchasing decor (all items purchased by the couple)

  • Up to 4-Person Team (1 Lead Wedding Stylist + Up to 3 Assistant Stylists)

  • Up to 3 hours of setup

  • Planning Process:

    • Monthly phone calls for all months, beginning 2+ months before your wedding

    • 1-Hour final meeting at your venue within 1 week of your wedding

    • 1 Additional venue walkthrough at an earlier stage


For couples who want to go beyond the essentials,
these elevated services ensure every detail of your celebration is styled with artistry and care.


Linen Napkins - Personalized Folding
Tri-Fold Waterfall or Pyramid Fold are included in all packages at no additional charge.
All other napkin folds are subject to the following additional fees:

  • Up to 75 Napkins: $150

  • Up to 150 Napkins: $200

  • 150+ Napkins: +$3 Per Napkin

Napkins (and additional materials as needed) must be provided to With Bells On at least 2 days prior to the event day, either delivered in person, or shipped to our New Paltz office.

 

Tent & Pavilion Decorating
Decor styling for tents (linens, lighting, greenery, or other decor provided by the couple)

Pricing may vary depending on the scope of work and complexity of decor requests

With Bells On does not set up nor dismantle tents - decorating services apply only once tents are in place.

 

Ceremony Site Styling
Styling of the wedding ceremony site, including arches, aisle markers, seating decor, signage, and other ceremony details

  • Arches: setup and decoration included with this service (with requirements: tools, instructions, <30min assembly, <50lbs weight, moveable by 2 people)

  • Pricing:

    • +$150 if ceremony and reception are at the same venue

      • Adds 1 additional hour using the same staff that is already present for setup

    • +$300 if ceremony is at a separate venue (within 15 miles of reception) 

      • Includes 2 assistant stylists for 1.5 hours

  • The Lead Stylist oversees both ceremony and reception sites and will travel between them on the wedding day.

  • Ceremony service includes 1 additional venue walk-through specifically for ceremony site planning

    Additional travel fees may apply for longer distances

 

Ceremony-to-Reception Item Transfer $300

  • Two staff onsite for up to 1 hour to move selected decor from the ceremony site to the reception site

  • Items may include floral arrangements, lanterns, signage, and other portable decor 

Excludes: Ceremony arch movement, tables and chairs movement, cleanup of the ceremony space

 

Extra Setup Hours $300 per hour
Additional time on the wedding day, as needed for more extensive styling

Gracious Giving
A pre-arranged gratuity option that allows you to express gratitude to your styling team in advance

22% of total service charges

Relieves one more stress on the wedding day by ensuring your styling team is cared for without needing to handle envelopes or last-minute calculations

 

What’s Not Included in Wedding Styling Packages

Our styling services are designed to bring beauty and intention to your decor.
To ensure a smooth experience, please note that the following are
outside the scope of our styling packages:

  • Cleanup or breakdown after the event is not included - our services are focused exclusively on setup and styling

  • Tables and chairs setup - must be completed by your venue or rental company prior to our arrival. Once in place, we will style them with the decor provided. 

  • Rental Items - All items must be provided by the couple. Rentals are all arranged directly between the couple and a rental company. With Bells On will work with third party rental vendors to finalize the agreements in the Signature Package only. With Bells On does not provide rental items.

  • Blossom Package: Catering Rentals - The caterer is responsible for providing and placing all linens, napkins, plates, flatware, and glassware in the Blossom package. Setup of these items is not included in the Blossom package.

  • Buffet Setups are not part of our services, allowing your caterer to manage food presentation directly. With Bells On will only set up the linens for the tables as included in the package.

  • Bar Setup - With Bells On does not handle any liquor, mixers, garnishes, glasses, or items associated with bar service. We will happily style linens and signage you provide.

  • Ceremony Arches are not included in the styling packages. Arch assembly and decoration are available exclusively through our Ceremony Site Styling Elevated Element.

  • Floral Arrangements must be pre-made and delivered by your florist or provided by the couple. We will thoughtfully place them, but we do not create arrangements.

  • Tent Setup - With Bells On does not erect or dismantle tents. Tent decorating (linens, lighting, greenery, etc.) is available only through our Tent Decorating Elevated Element, once tents are fully in place.

  • Furniture moving is not included, as we focus on decor styling rather than relocation of venue or personal furniture.

  • Gratuity is not included in package pricing, though always appreciated. For couples who wish to plan ahead, our Gracious Giving Elevated Element provides a stress-free option to pre-arrange team gratuity.
